What does Expired mean under my Pending Requests view on my dashboard?

If one of your pending requests displays 'Expired' under Application Status, it indicates that your applicant didn't complete the request within the specified 7-day timeframe, resulting in cancellation. Rest assured, the hold on your credit card has been released, and no charges were incurred.
